How to Make a Complaint about our Regulated Claims Management Activities

Hero Insurance Services Limited aim to provide you with a very high standard of service, however sometimes things can go wrong.  If you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive we want to know about it.  If you do require assistance, in the first instance please contact the Customer Service Department at:

We will acknowledge your enquiry within 5 working days, providing full details of the steps that we will be taking to resolve your issue, including the name of a dedicated senior member of staff who will oversee the process. 

We will usually provide you with our written response within 4 weeks, which will also remind you that you may then request assistance from the Claims Management Regulator should you remain dissatisfied with the outcome.

In the unlikely event that our investigation cannot be concluded within 4 weeks, we will write to you to provide you with an update of our enquiries.  In any case we will always provide you with our full response or alternatively remind you that you may refer the matter to the Claims Management Regulator, no later than 8 weeks after receipt of your initial enquiry.
